By purchasing any service from Arunasp Digital Private Limited, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of digital marketing and professional services, refunds are generally limited and subject to the conditions described below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads/PPC)

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Social Media Advertising

  • Content Creation and Content Marketing

  • Graphic Design Services

  • Branding Services

  • Website Design and Development

  • Landing Page Development

  • Online Reputation Management

  • Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Digital Marketing Consultations

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning

Any time, labor, expertise, or resources already invested in a project cannot be refunded.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments made for projects, monthly retainers, or service packages are non-refundable.

The Company reserves resources and allocates manpower based on confirmed orders and advance payments.

4. Monthly Marketing Retainers

For recurring monthly marketing services:

  • Monthly fees paid are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.

  • Services already rendered during the billing period remain chargeable.

5. Advertising Spend

Payments made toward advertising platforms are non-refundable.

This includes payments made to:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • YouTube Ads

  • X (Twitter) Ads

  • Any third-party advertising platform

Advertising budgets paid directly or indirectly to these platforms cannot be refunded by Arunasp Digital Private Limited.

6. Website and Development Projects

For website design, development, landing pages, or custom digital projects:

  • No refund shall be issued after project work has started.

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, payment for completed work and work in progress shall remain due.

  • Domain registration fees, hosting fees, software licenses, plugins, and third-party subscriptions are non-refundable.

7. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by sending written notice to:

Cancellation requests do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any outstanding invoices or charges for completed work must be paid before cancellation becomes effective.

8. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client.

  • Incorrect amount charged due to a billing error caused by the Company.

  • Service purchased but not initiated within a reasonable period due solely to the Company's inability to provide the service.

Refund approvals shall be at the sole discretion of Arunasp Digital Private Limited.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing may take 7 to 15 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

  • Transaction processing fees, gateway charges, taxes, and third-party expenses may be deducted where applicable.

10. No Guarantee of Marketing Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend upon numerous factors beyond our control, including:

  • Market competition

  • Search engine algorithm updates

  • Advertising platform policies

  • Audience behavior

  • Industry conditions

  • Website performance

Accordingly, Arunasp Digital Private Limited does not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Website traffic increases

  • Sales results

  • Lead volume

  • Return on investment (ROI)

Lack of desired marketing results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

11. Force Majeure

Refunds shall not be issued for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Internet outages

  • Government restrictions

  • Cyberattacks

  • Platform suspensions

  • Third-party service disruptions

12. Changes to This Refund Policy

Arunasp Digital Private Limited reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
